Both! Our workshops scale from a scrappy 3-person founding team all the way up to 100+ engineers. The founding cohort is especially great for startups who want to build AI-first habits from day one.

We offer both. Most clients prefer remote-first for maximum flexibility, but on-site immersion workshops are available for teams in California and select locations.

Core workshops run half-day (4 hrs) to full-day (8 hrs). The full "Seed to Super-Bloom" engagement is a 3-week program combining live sessions, async coaching, and workflow setup. We also offer a standalone 90-minute intro session — perfect for leadership buy-in.

For Claude Code training, each developer needs a Claude account (free or Pro). We'll walk you through setup in the first session. No technical pre-work required.

Most engineers report a noticeable speed boost within the first session. Measurable team-wide productivity gains typically show up in week 2–3. We track metrics with you throughout so you can demonstrate ROI to leadership.
